C.R.E.A.D. has partnered with individuals, school districts, libraries, nonprofits and for-profits by using evidence-based theories and strategic-design practices to accelerate equitable opportunities. C.R.E.A.D.’s team of consultants and project managers are eager to work collaboratively with businesses and organizations to provide professional development offerings, a hybrid model of virtual and on-site coaching, along with strategic equity planning services – all customizable to meet the scheduling needs and professional learning needs of Nyack. C.R.E.A.D. will work with businesses and organizations to ensure high-level, research-based training and coaching are delivered, and that the action and implementation plans are executed with the support of our team. C.R.E.A.D.’s team has the capacity and technical resources required to perform the activities described in this proposal.
